Spires Event Catering is a family business dedicated to providing catering services at both indoor and outdoor events. We cater for some of the UK’s largest events.

Our journey started as a small independent wholesale butchery which was committed to providing good quality produce to the catering industry and public whilst supporting the best of British farming. We later diversified to offer a traditional hog roast and over the years we have grown from strength to strength and continued to provide quality locally sourced produce.

We have evolved and increased our offerings from not just traditional hog roast but a whole fleet of bespoke street food and catering units providing a wide range of ready-to-eat meals for any event.
